How do I make a return?
You can make a return within 30 days of receiving your package. Need an extension? Email us for assistance at help@darethcolburn.com.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, new condition and with all tags attached. ($7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).
You have 7 days from receiving a prepaid label to ship your package. Refunds are issued 7-15 business days after your return has been delivered to our office.
International returns

Can I make an exchange?

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive your accessory in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your name, order number, product SKU and a photo of the damage so we can help you with a replacement.
