Dareth's Wedding Day: An Intimate Celebration of Love

Some love stories take a lifetime to find their way, and when they do, they are worth celebrating in the most heartfelt way. Our wedding day was exactly that—a day filled with love, family, and the kind of joy that lingers long after the last toast is made.

A Morning Wedding by the Ocean
We envisioned an intimate ceremony by the ocean, the waves as our backdrop, the sky stretching endlessly above us. Oceanview in Nahant, MA, was the perfect setting—breathtaking, serene, and effortlessly elegant. But, as weddings often go, nature had its own plans. Instead of golden sunlight, we had a full-blown storm. The wind howled, the rain poured, and yet, looking back, there was something magical about it. The rain made everything feel more intimate, like the universe was wrapping us in its own quiet embrace.

A Wedding Party of Those Closest to Our Hearts
Keeping our wedding party small was an easy choice because, at the heart of it all, we wanted this day to be about family. My daughter stood by my side as my Maid of Honor, a role she filled with grace and love. Frank’s son was his Best Man, and watching them together, I saw the deep, unspoken bond they share. Every piece of the day was woven together with love and family.

A Brunch Reception Full of Love (and Mimosas!)
After the ceremony, we gathered for a beautiful brunch reception. There’s something so warm about celebrating over a morning meal—comforting, unhurried, full of light and laughter.

Rain or Shine, It Was Perfect
If I’ve learned anything in life, it’s that the most meaningful moments are never about perfect conditions—they’re about the people you share them with. And on this day, surrounded by those we love most, nothing could have been more perfect.
So here’s to love, to family, and to the beautiful, unpredictable journey that brought us here.
