How do I make a return?
You can make a return within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, products must be received:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- With a packing slip for proper crediting
To make a return, DOWNLOAD A PREPAID LABEL HERE (a $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).
You have 7 days from receiving a prepaid label to ship your package. Refunds are issued 7-15 business days after your return has been delivered to our office.

How do I make an exchange?
If you would like to exchange an item, simply purchase a new item and send back the item you are looking to return with the information listed above.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive your accessory in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your name, order number, product SKU and a photo of the damage so we can help you with a replacement.
