I did not decide to keep this item, I had to return it due to them not arriving before my bridals (totally my fault, I waited until late to order the earrings). However, when they did arrive, they were carefully packaged to make sure there was no damage and were beautiful, just too late for me! Customer service was easy to work with and I got my refund quickly. I really appreciate the seller having such a good return policy. Picking out earrings for your wedding day without having your dress on and earrings in hand is very difficult so being able to return was great- I wish more sellers would consider this!
